October 18, 2025 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Join us for an evening of music and meaningful conversation. Music in Conversation features original songs that have been created from real people’s stories. Using the Documentary Songwriting Method, musicians worked with community members to transform personal experiences into songs – a collaborative process that allows anyone, regardless of musical background, to share their story through music.

Music in Conversation creates an experience that invites you to connect through stories, music, and open dialogue. After hearing the songs, audience members join the musicians for a discussion about the experiences and themes explored in the songs. It’s a straightforward way to hear stories that rarely get told and have honest conversations that might not happen otherwise. The songs give everyone a common starting point to talk about different perspectives and experiences, making it easier to listen to each other and find common ground.

This concert is made possible thanks to the support of Mascoma Bank and the Onion Foundation.

Open to all ages. Parental discretion advised, some songs contain mature themes.

Saturday, October 18 at 7:00 PM (doors 6:30 PM), 75 minute performance with no intermission

Tickets are Free by Donation. (pay-what-you-can available)
